These terms govern use of the Cabnetic service at cabnetic.io. By using Cabnetic you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Cabnetic is job management software for cabinet dealers. It is currently offered as a private beta: features may change, and we may add, change or remove features with notice.
You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for keeping sign-in access secure. Tell us promptly at support@cabnetic.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
You own the records you put into Cabnetic. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Our privacy policy describes how we handle data, including data from connected services such as Google and QuickBooks.
Connections to Google, QuickBooks, Stripe, manufacturers and other services are optional. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.
Do not use Cabnetic to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or other users.
Payments your customers make through Cabnetic are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Any Cabnetic subscription fees will be agreed with you in writing before they apply.
We work to keep Cabnetic available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. Check prices, orders and amounts before you send them to customers or manufacturers.
To the extent the law allows, Cabnetic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Cabnetic at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
