This policy explains what information Cabnetic collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. "Cabnetic", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the Cabnetic service at cabnetic.io. "Dealer" means a business that uses Cabnetic, and "you" means a dealer or a dealer's team member.
Dealers control the records about their own customers. For those records we act as a service provider to the dealer and process them only to run the service for that dealer.
We use information only to provide, secure, support and improve the Cabnetic service for the dealer it belongs to. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the providers that run the service (listed below) or when the law requires it.
When a dealer chooses to connect a Google account, Cabnetic asks for the following access and uses it only for the purpose shown:
Google data is stored only as needed to provide these features. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Google user data is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users. People at Cabnetic do not read Google user data unless the dealer asks us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. Google user data is never used for advertising and is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Cabnetic's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A dealer can disconnect Google at any time from Cabnetic's Integrations page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When a dealer disconnects, we delete the stored Google tokens.
Cabnetic runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email delivery, United States). Payments are processed by Stripe. Each provider handles data only to provide its service to us.
We keep a dealer's records while the dealer's workspace is active. A dealer can ask us to delete its workspace and data by emailing support@cabnetic.io; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to signed-in members of each dealer's workspace.
Cabnetic is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell dealers about material changes.
